Let’s Make it Simple...How Can I Best Serve You -or- Your Organization?

The information below shows some of the options for partnering together to accomplish the goals that are important to you in the areas of crisis leadership & professional coaching:

Managed Services: for Crisis & Continuity program-based services, anything from limited program oversight to full program management to design, staffing, & deployment of your Crisis Program Management Office on a multi-year or ongoing basis is possible based on your current program state and desired end-state.

Project Consulting: For limited or task-specific requirements, we can contract project-based solutions and services across the Crisis, Continuity, Executive Coaching, & Organizational Coaching offerings. These projects differ from the Managed Service offerings in that they have a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables.

Retainer-Based Services: For the organization that simply would like to have access to support on an

as-needed basis, a block of time can be contracted by retainer. This differs from Project Consulting in that no defined deliverables are involved...you are free to utilize the contracted time for crisis or coaching services. Retainer-based services are offered on a sliding scale based on the length of the contract term.

Crisis On-Call Services: I will contract to provide hands-on onsite support in an actual crisis event

(based upon availability). Crisis On-Call services are in support of crisis management,

crisis communications, reputational risk, and/or support of individuals, teams, and their families.

Power By The Hour: I recognize that sometimes you don’t need a long-term commitment or

project-based level of external support. You need a question answered. You need to

bounce an idea off someone with experience. Or you simply want support or coaching

on a specific issue. Why pay for a day or a week when you simply need an hour of time?

I will be happy to provide remote support on an hourly basis via teleconference or video conference.

These are just a few of the options to consider. And remember: My commitment to you is that
