Executive and Holistic Life coaching can be done face-to-face, but it is 100% as effective through a combination of tools such as teleconference, computer-based video conference, and/or email! This allows ultimate flexibility in scheduling and virtually eliminates extra costs. These coaching sessions usually last approximately 30 to 45 minutes and can be scheduled days, evenings, or weekends. Organizational coaching is best delivered in a live venue, but is still very cost effective in that many people are receiving the benefits of participation together in the HPSCoach!© Program. The camaraderie an organization can experience through live coaching is outstanding, and the sessions are targeted to address the needs & goals of the group.
